DRAFT — For Review
This privacy policy is a draft. It has not been reviewed or approved by legal counsel. It does not constitute legal compliance. Please consult a qualified attorney before relying on this policy.
When you submit a prayer request or faith question through this website, you may optionally provide your name, email address, and a message. Your message may include whatever you choose to share. You are not required to provide your name or email address unless you request a personal reply.
The information you submit is used solely to respond to your prayer request or faith question. It is never used for marketing, sold to third parties, or shared with external advertisers.
Your message is visible only to authorized ministry responders who have been granted administrator access to this system. Anonymous visitors and non-admin users cannot read, modify, or delete submitted requests. Access is enforced by server-side row-level security rules.
If you provide your email address and indicate that you would like a personal reply, a ministry responder may contact you by email. You are not required to provide an email address, and providing one does not obligate you to receive ongoing communications.
Prayer requests and faith questions are retained for a maximum of 180 days from the date of submission. After this period, records are automatically and permanently deleted by a scheduled cleanup process. An automated workflow runs daily to delete expired records.
You may request deletion of your submitted information at any time by contacting us. Please provide the name and approximate date of your submission so we can locate your record. We will delete your record as soon as reasonably possible.
This website is hosted on the Base44 platform. Submitted data is stored in the platform's database infrastructure. No external marketing automation, email subscription, or analytics services receive your prayer request or question content. A SHA-256 hash of your IP address is stored temporarily for rate limiting purposes; this hash cannot be reversed to obtain your IP address.
While we take reasonable measures to protect your information, no system is completely secure. We use server-side validation, rate limiting, honeypot fields, and row-level security to reduce abuse and unauthorized access. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you have concerns about sharing sensitive information, please share only what you are comfortable sharing.
We do not track, store, or report individual spiritual decisions, religious beliefs, or faith commitments. The prayer request and faith question forms are not used to assess, categorize, or profile visitors based on their spiritual journey.
